Al-Shabab’s main headquarters to be relocated

Somali Report24 learned that Al-Shabab’s main headquarters relocated to an unexpected place in Puntland.

The headquarters were shifted to unknown places in Puntland especially mountainous areas, those are good for hit and run, the place elso is protection for airstrikes.

Sources near Al-Shabab told to Somali Report24 that this is a new military strategy after American airstrike killed the group’s leader Ahmed Cabdi Godane, the group is going to change their previous tactics into a new more strategic and unharmful way.
The last several hours at least two boats carrying weapons and troops have moved from the town of Brava to unknown parts in Puntland.

The same boats are carrying Al-Shabab’s senior leaders.

This area was previously a home for key Al-Shabab leaders in Puntland like Shek Abdul Kadir Mumin Brithish citizen and Mr Kilwe a professional bom maker, they became leaders of the movement after their last leadr Mr Atam defected from the group.
