HirShabelle President Waare opens 4th session of state parliament
The President of Hirshabelle Mohamed Abdi Waare Thursday opened the fourth session of the State Parliament in Jowhar town.
Present during the opening session included Speaker of the Lower House of the Federal Parliament Mohamed Mursal and state Vice President Ali Guudawaw Hussein.
