Children Found Brutally Murdered In Baidoa
Two children have been found dead and their bodies dumped at the outskirts of Baidoa the interim capital of Southwest State.
The girl and the boy both aged five and six years went missing on April 7 while heading to Quranic school.
The father of the children Sheikh Aweys Abdullahi a former federal member of parliament has been conducting a search, including visiting hospitals until Thursday morning when the two bodies of the children were found dumped at a thicket.
A resident who spoke to the media said the children had stab wounds and suspected that their livers removed.
“The two bodies were dumped and had stab wounds I suspect their livers were removed before they were stabbed to death,” he said.
Police in Southwest state have launched a probe into the incident
