Puntland: Army rebellion is reported due to protesting soldiers protesting lack of pay have been blocking road connecting between Garowe and Galkayo for almost a week.
A ministerial level delegation that was expected to arrive in Harfo district in Mudug region for training has failed.
Other reports indicate that government officials are planning to fly to Galkayo.
