Somalia: Deni of Puntland blasts the FGS minister of information in an interview with VOA. Deni of Puntland blasted the FGS minister of information after the minister announced the failure of the political talks between the FGS and its MFS aimed at reaching agreement on elections in Somalia. Deni accused the FGS of releasing a press statement which he claimed that the FGS has already prepared prior to the failed talks. During his interview with the VOA – Somali, he accused the president Farmaajo of being rude and not ready for making concessions for the sake of the country. He loudly said “fhe failure of the talks is not our fault, it is to accuse the president Farmaajo who shows signs of dictatorship, because does not want to hold elections but rather to continue ruling even his term has ended. We need someone to remind him about the constitution and the laws of the country, because that is the only option we have right now. We don’t want any violence and war in our country.”
