Is UNITES ARAB EMIRATES Agenda in Somalia.. Taking away Somalia’s economical resources and sovereignty
Nobody can say exactly what the United Arab Emirates wish and the exact reasons why UAE seeks to confiscate Somalia’s main resources and ports, a said a prominent Somali politician.
“Not only the ports but UAE stablished special armed forces who take their orders in Somalia…what is their ambition? . To take over control of certain parts of Somalia” said Mohamed Ali Hirweyne, a Somali scholar who is hesitance.
What kind of actions the UAE is taking in Mogadishu rather than elsewhere in the country. UAE has meddled the internal politics separating regional states from the central by discharge a lot of amount of money corrupting them accept deals and hidden objective for use of future tasks.
“There is a kind empire-building agenda,,, people and the government should be aware of UAE ambassador in Mogadishu who secretly wanders the alleyways of the capital at night to ignite tribal conflicts trying back up certain kind of tribes “ said Mohamed Elmi , a former lawmaker who lives in Mogadishu.
Some Somali politicians believe that UAE is doing nothing for the Somalis amid in a dire political and living situations but investing some Somali conspirator known to be money- greedy such as former Somali Prime Minister Omer Abdirahsid who prefers a short contract to distract his country.
“ The recent kismayo conference was a typical example of the conspiracy against the Somali Nation as well as the Federal Government…UAE performs as Mafia cartels do in south America …the regional states are now disobedient blaming the central government” said Abdiwahab Hassan, A Somali youth activist who lives in Mogadishu…” UAE was never supportive to the revival of the collapsed Somalia. Until now the government of UAE did not recognize the new Somali passport…” he added.
Somalia decided to stand a neutral stance due to the Gulf States conflict in which four countries including UAE imposed sanctions against Qatar but UAE tries to change this by funding regional states without the consent of the federal government for further deals to administer several other ports in the south and central Somalia after securing the deals to administer Boosaabo port of Puntland and Berbera port of the self-declared government of Somaliland.
Somalia parliamentarians decided to submit a motion against UAE policies in Somalia but nevertheless see to be corrupted.
“May be the lawmakers has been silenced and corrupted …this motion Is not boiling anymore” a Somali minister who spoke with Somalireport24.com in anonymity for his safety.
