Abdirahman Abdishakur is in a fretful situation after the UAE cuts off money they used to bid!
This article is not about the history of this failed politician, but will briefly focus on his immediate future.
For a short term when Mr. Abdirahman Abdishakuur was a Minister he has been involved in national treason after him and his by then Prime Minister co-chaired the provision of national property.
Abdirahman Abdishakuur was the presiding official who has handed over 100,000 square kilometres of the waters of the Indian ocean in the Somali territory to the government of Kenya, and due to this national treason Abdishakuur has politically failed to appear in the Somali political arena till today.
He run for presidential aspirant twice and in this two periods he met with nothing other than embarrassment, and from there on he has realised that he has no chance of contesting as a leader of the nation, and he thought that the only option which he could take is to engage himself in an idiotic manner which brought him initially on the top of the ladder.
The gesture of the UAE
Abdirahman become one of the opportunist members who were marching behind the UAE, and they were clandestinely registered with the UAE in order to execute UAE’s special interest in Somalia, the first financial support was given to Abdishakuur and his associates during the Presidential election of the year 2017, but the result did not gratify them.
After that, the conflicts among the Gulf States has emerged, and this resulted the UAE and Somalia to have different opinion on how things were going on, then the Emir and his clique began to revive their relationship with the opportunists group.
The UAE has offered US $ 500,000 (five hundred thousand dollars) to the former Minister of Planning, or to put it in another way “half million dollars”, the objective of the money was to hold events, meetings and demonstrations against the government, Abdishakuur has made affectless events in Mogadishu.
If you have read the previous article which we have shared with you, the headline was “The traveling to the UAE: The death of the opportunists” and exactly that report came out when President Farmajo officially visited Abu Dhabi.
Two days ago the UAE informed opportunists which it has been using as its brokers in Somalia including Abdishakuur that it has stopped its relation with them
The dissolving of the team made Abdishakuur to be in a situation of dilemma, and he has wasted the initially offered sum of money in an appropriate way, and worse some four days ago he has handed over the remaining amount of money in his hand to one of the hotels in Mogadishu, while he was intending to invite the opportunities group who have exchanged their patriotism with money.
The anxiety about his future
It has become challenging for this strong servant to come back into the Somali political system, he has done all means and ways to be back into the political system so that he loots the national treasury, to the extent that he has campaigned for presidential candidate, he has failed a post he was designated in the UN, he has lost his last project, he hasn’t saved any money in his illegal account during the periods he was in the high posts, now he is in a situation whereby he is feeble and politically denigrated no reputation at with the community as well.
It is absolutely a day dream for the idiotic character of this insolvent man [Abdishakuur] to spoil the hope of the Somali people, he cannot go beyond the unaskable politics of President Farmajo and Premier Kheeyre who are now on the steering wheel of the Somali politics.
One can easily sense that he is in a profound anxiety situation, because of the nasty things he lately writes on his Facebook account which he objectively means mobilizing the country to go into a civil war.
What is the right thing he should do?
As an author when I deeply analysed the behaviours of Abdishakuur and his associates what immediately comes into my mind is the Somali saying which says “God Qataano ha qodin ku dheceeysana moogide” which literally means “Don’t dig treachery hole, you might not even no if you will fall into it”, his situation is now in dubious and inaccuracy, and he abruptly woke up from hallucination, the names I could give his situation are two:
1.He should remain in a situation between death and life of engaging himself in personal interest and denying the people their rights.
- The Second option is to keep off from the political system of leading the society, and focus on gaining what he could get in a legitimate, and feed his family in the right way instead of wrong way.
