Somali governemnt and Puntland reaches agreements , say initial reports
Initial reports indicate that Somali Federal Government and semi autonomous regional state of Puntland reached an agreement over their differences on federalism, oil exploration and foreign aid .
Three days talks between the federal government of Somalia and semi autonomous regional state of Puntland opened in Garowe on Saturday.
Somali Prime minister Abdiweli Sheikh Ahmed, Puntland president Abdiweli Gaas, ministers and lawmakers who accompanied Somali Prime minister are attending the meeting.
These reports said that on Monday an official ceremnony to be held in Garowe as dignitaries from the international community will arrive observering the signiture of the agreement.
Puntland has cut ties with the federal government following the announcement of the formation of new administration in Central regions of Somalia.
