Ethiopian Prime Minister, Dr. Abiy Ahmed Ali, has arrived in Asmara, the capital city of Eritrea.

The plane carrying the Ethiopian Prime Minister and his entourage touched down at Asmara International Airport shortly before 9 a.m.

On arrival, the PM was received by Eritrean President Isaias Afwerki and officials from his government.

The historic official aiming at strengthening efforts to bring about lasting peace between Ethiopia and Eritrea.
