Canada Cancelled the Deportation of Somali Citizen
Yussuf Madey Mohamed and his family were about to be deported from Canada to Kenya, after the Canada government have found that Yusuf and his family have illegally come to the country with a fake name.
the Canadian Immigration Department have cancelled the deportation of Yusuf and his family after the Somali community in Canada supporting Yusuf have urged the Canada government to stop the deportation of the family.
“I was delighted and worried of going back to a refugee camp in Kenya where life is so hard and not safe to live”. Said Yusuf.
The Somali community in Canada has made a tough effort to delay the deportation of yussuf and his family back to to kenya.
Yusuf is married to a Somali- Canadian girl with four children, before coming to canada in 2013, after he spent 20 years in IFO a refugee camp in Kenya.
