The agreement will allow hundreds of local residents the fled the conflict to return their homes. The two warring states are in deadlock over a construction road in the city’s northern Garsoor village.
Both sides agreed upon the four following articles:
- to make the permanent ceasefire.
- to make withdraw forces at the battle positions.
- to establish dialogue committee consisting both of the two sides.
- and to provide an opportunity for the civilians to return their homes.
