Somali president lands in Djibouti on second leg of East Africa trip
A delegation spearheaded by Somali president Hassan Sheikh Mohamud has arrived on Monday in nighbouring Djibouti, on second leg of his east Africa trip.
On arrival, president Mohamud met with his Djabouti-an counterpart Ismaïl Omar Guelleh at the president palace, according to a statement from the office of the president obtained by Radio Shabelle.
During their meeting, both leaders have discussed on wide range of issues, including bilateral relations, security of the region and war on Al shabaab.
Djibouti is one of the African countries contributed combat troops to AMISOM.
