Car bomb kills 4 in central Somalia
–A car bomb exploded at Kafala conference center in the heart of Adado town in central Somalia on Tuesday, killing at least 4 people, police and witnesses said.
Somalia army, along with Ethiopian guards are reported to have clashed with heavily armed gunmen who tried to enter in the building after the initial bomb attack, killing at least 3 gunmen, believing to be Al Shabab militants.
The car bomb has attacked on Kafala building where 400 representatives participating central state formation conference are housed, Shabelle’s correspondent, Abdirazak said, adding that akk delegates were unharmed in Thursday attack
Somalia militant group Al-Shabaab claimed responsibility for the attack. Group officer, speaking to pro-Al-Shabaab outlet Andalus radio, said the blast targeted and resulted casualties.
