Vehicle loaded with explosives confiscated in Ceelbur

The governor of Ceelbuur ,  Nur Hassan Gutale who spoke to somaliareport  said they arrested two people who were in the vehicle who are now in the town cells and will soon be brought before court.

He said the information was tipped to the administration by some members of the public.  The vehicle was heading to the town of Gal-hareeri which is  under Al Shabaab rule, according to the governor of Ceelbur.
