The Somali Parliament has today started to discuss a motion today to withdraw confidence from Prime Minister Abdiweli Sheikh Ahmed and the Parliamentarians were given the bill as the discussion will be resumed on Thursday .
The atmosphere of the Parliament was different from the last three sessions which closed prematurely without official proceedings as parliamentarians disagreed over the no-confidence motion against Prime Minister Abdiweli Sheikh Ahmed.
In a press statement, the Speaker of the Somali Parliament, Mohamed Sheikh Osman (Jawari), warned against any violation or disturbance in the upcoming parliamentary session.
Speaking at the start of the session the Speaker noted that the Prime Minister has the right to stand before the Parliament defending himself from the no-confidence motion.
