President Gaas “ I would be pleased the divergency between the President and Prime Minister resolved in acccordance of the Constitution “

The president of the Semi-autonomous Regional State of Puntland for the first time commented on the political stalemate of President Hassan Sheikh Mohamoud and his Prime Minister Abdiweli Sheikh Ahmed on Sunday After his return home in Garowe from his recent visit to Ethiopia and UAE .

“This divergency is worthless for our collaboration with the federal government and we urge on both the President and PM resolve their disagreement in accordance with constitution” said President Gaas.

“The convergency can effect our relation with the federal government “ he added.
The disagreemnt flared up on October after the Prime Minister Abdiweli reshuffled members of his cabinet including the Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs , a key ally of the President .
