Somali PM reshuffles cabinet
The Prime Minister of the federal government of Somalia has reshuffled the cabinet today in what is seen as a new strategy to improve his government.
A press statement from PM office which was read to the media by Information minister Mustaf Ali has named Salim Aliow Ibrow as the new justice and constitutional affairs minister while former minister justice minister transferred to livestock and animal husbandry ministry.
Former state minister for foreign affairs and international investment Buri Hamza is the new state minister for finance whereas Abdullahi Mohamed Nur appointed as state minister for foreign affairs and international cooperation.
On the other hand Abdirahman Abdi Osman was appointed as the new assistant minister for foreign affairs and international cooperation while Abdullahi Sheikh Ali as assistant minister for finance and Fahmo Ahmed Nur is the new deputy minister for Business and Industrialization.
Below are the list of newly appointed Minister’s today in the reshuffle:
1) Salim Aliyow Ibrow appointed to Ministry Justice and Constitutional Affairs.
2 ) Farah Sheikh Abduqadir appointed to the Ministry of Veterinary and Animal Husbandry.
3) Mahad Mohamed Salad appointed to Deputy Minister of Planning.
4) Abdirahman Abdi Mohamed appointed Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.
5) Buri Mohamed Hamza appointed to State Minister of Finance
6) Abdullahi Mohamed Nur appointed to State Minster of Foreign Affairs
7) Abdullahi Sheikh Ali (Qalocow) appointed to Deputy Minister of Finance
8) Fahmo Ahmed Nur appointed to Deputy Minister of Commerce
