Somalia President Hassan Sheikh visits two key towns in Hiran and Galgudud

Somalia President Hassan Sheikh Mohamoud paid visited Beledweyne , the capital of Hiran region , 300km North of Mogadishu on Thursday.

The President visited Eil-Bur of Galguduud , a former main stronghold of al shabaab taken over by Somali security and AMISOM forces early on this year.
During his arrival to Beledweyne , President Hassan met with officials from the Hiran regional Administration , AMISOM forces , civil society groups and traditional elders.
The visit coincides when violent riots held in Beledweyne by demonstrators throwing stones and chanting anti-AMISOM forces especially to Djabouti army units accussing them of siding one of two warring clans in Deefow neighborhood .
